Community Hubs
Islington is home to many excellent community hubs
Community Hubs are large community centres delivering a range of services and activities in specific areas. Hubs provide a focus for local community activity and bring residents together to improve the quality of life. They are accessible to all groups and people in the neighbourhoods and wards which they serve.
Currently there are 11 community hubs forming a network covering most wards in the Borough.
The hubs rent out space to community groups and individuals at reasonable rates. Many have halls, meeting, conference and training rooms, kitchens and social space
