Information & Communications Volunteer
We are looking for a volunteer who is dynamic, creative, organised, a passionate communicator person and a great team player, who also is: IT literate, with knowledge of using social media and design and digital software as well as standard office programs; creative mind and with an eye for graphic design; good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently, effectively and creatively.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience within the voluntary sector develop your writing skills and gain experience in communicating across a range of digital channels whilst supporting the Voluntary and Community Sector in Islington. Apply here.
Community Volunteering Advisor
Would you like to connect Islington’s residents with local organisations and its opportunities to volunteer? If you love talking to people in a non-judgemental manner, providing information & advice, and helping them to connect with their community, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Volunteer Centre Islington service at Voluntary Action Islington. We offer 1-2-1 volunteering advice sessions and attend community events to increase awareness of local volunteering.
