Active Signposting Training (Online)

This training is part of the annual Cripplegate Food Fund Volunteer Training Programme organised by Voluntary Action Islington to strengthen the skills of volunteers – and the staff who support them – in food aid services.

Eligibility is limited to Cripplegate-funded food aid organisations. If you are not funded but would like to attend, please contact james.wooldridge@vai.org.uk

Please note that this is an online event and we will send the meeting link to you before the training session.

By attending this training session, you will develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to offer advice to people you are helping in your food aid service.

You will learn how to communicate and signpost effectively around the following areas of support:

• Debt
• Housing Support
• Welfare Benefits
• Migrant Support
