The Month of Community – June, is a special time that gives us the opportunity to celebrate our communities, learn from each other, stand together and strengthen the bonds that tie us together. The Month of Community is much more than events and activities. It s a time where we reflect on our collective strength and lay the groundwork for a stronger community interconnection .

From the Friends of Compton Terrace Gardens A friendly gardening group started to look after the park about 10 years ago. We are always looking for more help – with planting, mulching, pruning, and all the other things a garden needs. Everyone welcome, no special skills needed! Lots of fresh air and a nice chance to meet local people.
