Capacity Building Essentials Project
The Capacity Building Essentials project is a new project which will work with 15 small Islington voluntary and community organisations who require support with developing their organisation’s effectiveness and sustainability.
The project offers help with Business Planning, Financial Management, Publicity & Promotion, Fundraising, Monitoring and Evaluation. The programme will be delivered through a series of one-to-one support sessions and training workshops with the aim of up-skilling the staff working in each organisation.
If your organisation would benefit from this kind of support, and you are interested in signing up to this programme, then you must be able to commit to the following:
- To complete the full programme of support (Approximately 9 months).
- To attend all the training workshops and one-to-one support meetings.
- To follow through and put into practice the action points arising from the training workshops and support sessions.
- To provide information about your organisation and respond to requests from the development officers supporting your organisation.
- To be fully engaged in the project and take part in the evaluation process.
The project will start on 24th November 2016 and the deadline for enrolling on the project is Monday 14th November. As there are only 15 places available, enrolment will be done on a first come first served basis.
