An initial session via zoom or a phone call can last for up to 45 minutes and a follow-up meeting can be provided if necessary. Voluntary Action Islington, in partnership with Epitome Consultancy and Training, have an exciting training plan that is available to voluntary and community groups in Islington at a discounted price. This two half-day course will help you to learn how to set the groundwork, setting the budgets, researching funders, how to write an effective funding application and diversifying your income. The National Lottery Community Fund – 1-to-1 surgeries

Voluntary Action Islington runs 1- to -1 surgeries every 2 months with the National Lottery Community Fund towards the end of the month. The aim of these 1-to-1 sessions is to provide groups wishing to make an application with a review of their ideas and direction on what the National Lottery Community Fund is looking for in an application and on their priorities. They will also provide direction as to what groups will need to do if they progress onto the other stages of the application process. The sessions are 45 minutes and the appointment times are 10am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 3pm. Book a session here
