Importance of an accredited Volunteer Centre for Islington

Voluntary Action Islington has argued for continuing support of an accredited Volunteer Centre in its submission to Islington Council’s task and finish group on volunteering. We found that service users wanted a personal service and that community organisations thought that a service that was independent of the Council was important.
