Voluntary Action Islington AGM
Voluntary Action Islington will hold its Annual General Meeting and Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 10th November, 6pm-8pm
The AGM will start at 6.30pm and will end at 8pm. Refreshments will be served from 6pm.
This year our AGM will be held on at Voluntary Action Islington, 200a Pentonville Road, London N1 9JP. We are pleased to have as our guest speaker Jack Morris OBE, Chair of the Business Design Centre Group and the Islington Giving Appeals Committee. He will speak about the role of Islington Giving.
Presentations will also be made by the Mayor of Islington

- Presentation of Training Awards
- Presentation of Quality Mark Awards
At the AGM members of Voluntary Action Islington can nominate trustees to our Board. The Board meets 6 times during each year and has overall responsibility for the organisation and its future direction. If you wish to seek nomination our Chief Executive, Mike Sherriff, would be pleased to discuss with you what is involved. He can be contacted on 020 7832 5802 or mike.sherriff@vai.org.uk Election of new trustees is for a period of up to three years. We are currently required to elect a third of the Board at the AGM.
