Flexible options available at VAI

Keep your event running smoothly with either in-house refreshments, flexible options to bring your own, or recommended catering providers.

We offer a range of in-house refreshment options to support your meeting, conference, training session, or event at VAI.

Our refreshment options include tea, coffee, biscuits, and juice, all of which can be prepared and ready for your arrival. You are also welcome to bring your own refreshments if preferred.

While we do not provide in-house catering, we have listed a range of external catering providers that we recommend for meetings and events.

Bring your own refreshments

You are welcome to bring your own tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, and catering for your event. We can also provide an urn of hot water for your guests to use throughout the day. We offer complimentary jugs of water and water cups with all room bookings to help keep your attendees refreshed.

If you require additional items such as mugs, stirrers, napkins, plates, or disposable cutlery, these can be provided for an additional charge please see the pricing information above.
