Joint Strategic Needs Assessment
The JSNA provides an overview of the health and wellbeing needs of people living in Islington. It uses local data and evidence to identify current and future priorities, helping councils, the NHS and partner organisations plan and deliver services that meet local needs.

North Central London Delivery Plan
The North Central London Delivery Plan 2025 sets out how health, care and voluntary sector partners across North Central London will work together to improve population health, reduce inequalities and deliver more joined-up, person-centred services.
The Neighbourhood Model
Islington's Neighbourhood Model brings together health, social care and voluntary sector partners to provide more joined-up, person-centred support closer to home. It focuses on improving health and wellbeing, preventing ill health and reducing inequalities across the borough.

London Borough of Islington VCFSE Strategy
The Draft VCFSE strategy sets out a shared ambition to strengthen partnership working between Islington Council and the voluntary, community and faith sector to tackle inequality and improve outcomes for local residents.
It focuses on building trust, sharing knowledge and resources, and involving the sector earlier in decision-making and service design.
LBI, London Met and VAI are working in partnership to support the development of the strategy, strengthen the sector’s evidence and research capacity, and better demonstrate its reach, value and impact across Islington.

Islington Compact
The Islington Compact is an agreement between Islington Council, public sector partners and the voluntary and community sector that sets out how they will work together to improve outcomes for local people. It promotes partnership working to tackle inequality and strengthen communities across the borough.
