The Ragdoll Foundation Small Grants: This Grants Scheme supports the cultural sector’s work with children and young people. Grant size: up to £1,500. Length: up to 6 months. Decision timescale: 6 weeks from the round deadline. Organisation size: not aimed at arts organisations that receive core support from one of the UK arts councils, or that have an annual turnover in excess of £300k. Funding covers: innovative, arts-based small projects, pilots, or research & development to inform a new project or programme of work. Organisation type: not-for-profit organisations based in the UK. AB Charitable Trust: Grants available for charities delivering services directly targeting migrant communities, and people who are refugees or seeking asylum. For these organisations, core funding (unrestricted grants) or project funding (restricted grants) are both available. Find out more here. (Deadline: 30 January 2022)

City Bridge Trust – Advice and Support Grants: They welcome applications for up to five years of funding, and core funding will be considered. Applications must be for one of the Trust’s priority areas:

  1. Advice and support for disadvantaged individuals in the following areas: benefits; debt & money; fuel poverty; employment problems; housing; or immigration status.
  2. Food poverty
    The Trust want to tackle issues related to hardship and crisis by funding the infrastructure needed to support the distribution of donated food. They are particularly keen to hear from organisations that work to ensure that clients receive culturally appropriate food. Please note that the Trust are not able to directly fund the purchase of food for distribution. Click here for more information

 The Morrisons Foundation: The Morrisons Foundation awards grant funding for charity projects which make a positive difference in local communities. Grant size: up to £25,000. Funding covers project costs. Organisation type: registered charities. Click here for more information

The Edward Gostling Foundation: Small Grants – This programme is aimed at charities that support people living with a physical or mental disability or a long-term illness needing urgent grant support to help maintain existing service. Grant size: up to £5,00. Decision timescale: 1 month. Organisation type: small and medium-sized charities with a gross annual income of £3M or less. Funding covers: cost of any charitable activity. Capital Grants. Grants for projects that support people living with a physical and/or mental disability or a long-term illness. Grant size: £5000 – £15000. Organisation type: all charities with a gross annual income of £5M or less. Funding covers project costs. Click here for more information
