The Maya Centre in collaboration with Michalina Popiolek would like to invite you/women you work with to the Wellbeing Academy. It is a free 12-week, online Emotional Wellbeing Workshop for WOMEN. It starts on 25th March, every week on Thursday until 10th of June. The workshop is for any woman, age 18+ who would like to take care of her emotional health and wellbeing and is able to communicate in English on at least the basic level or have access to a translator who is willing to attend the sessions with you, willing to learn and is open to new ideas, willing to participate and contribute to group activities and able to attend most of the sessions.
