VAI is seeking an Office Administrator


We are looking for an Office Administrator who would be able to take charge of the day-to-day needs of a busy Resource Centre and provide administrative support to the team at VAI. This is a wide-ranging role that will require the post holder to be the first point of call for both external and internal customers.

This position would suit a self-motivated and flexible individual who is able to manage competing demands on their time, who enjoys the challenge of supporting others and is committed to the smooth running of an organisation.

The post holder will be expected to provide a consistently high standard of support to Resource Centre tenants, including provision of services and ensuring that troubleshooting issues are dealt with. They will take responsibility for coordinating set-up for users of our conference, training and meeting facilities, liaising with customers and resolving issues. We expect the post holder will be proactive in all aspects of their work, and a great team player.

We are an Investors in People employer and the accredited Volunteer Centre for Islington.

Salary: £26,800
Hours: 35 hours per week, start time 8am
