We are recruiting an Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Coordinator who has excellent customer service and communication skills, is well organised and proactive in their approach.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of Voluntary Action Islington’s Resource Centre on Pentonville Road. The primary function of this role is to manage relationships with customers including members, organisations hiring desks, and users of our conference, training and meeting facilities. The post holder will be the first point of contact for customers and will oversee contracts with external suppliers. They will manage the facilities provided at the Resource Centre to ensure consistently high standards of service.

We are an Investors in People employer and the accredited Volunteer Centre for Islington.

The deadline for applications is 9th May 2016, at 9.00am.

Interviews will be held on 17th and 18th May.
