DESCRIPTION:Are you working in the Voluntary Sector?\nRunning projects without formal Project Management training? \nIf that sounds like you\, this session is made for you! \nJoin us this September for a practical\, easy-to-understand introduction to Project Management\, designed especially for those working in charities\, community groups\, and Community Interest Companies. \nWhat attendees from our April session had to say:\n“I am  already using what I learned on the Project Management course. It gave me clear processes\, practical tools for scheduling and task management\, and emphasised the importance of strong stakeholder relationships \,  all in a way that was easy to apply.” \n“The Project Management training was insightful and well delivered. As I am  in the early stages of my project\, it gave me a solid foundation\, practical tools\, and a clear structure to move forward. It was really helpful to hear what others are doing in their projects\,  their real life stories made it all feel more practical. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone starting out or building their skills.” \nDon’t miss your chance to gain valuable skills and connect with others doing similar work.\nSpaces are limited – register early to secure your place! \nThis training is designed specifically for those working in the Voluntary Sector who want to develop their Project Management skills. \nThe training will be delivered in two parts over the course of two half days. It is important that you attend both days to fully benefit from the training. \nDon’t miss out on this valuable opportunity to enhance your project management skills.
