WorkWell is a free health & employment service being delivered by the Shaw Trust across 5 North Central London boroughs including Islington.
The service supports people with mental health and physical health conditions to find and stay in paid employment or to return to work after a period of absence.

If residents are looking to start a new job, need support in their current role, or are planning to return to work after an absence, WorkWell can offer the following:
- Tailored 1 to 1 support from a dedicated Work and Health coach for anyone with a disability or health condition who needs support to start, stay or thrive at work.
- If you are looking for work, the coach will support you with CV writing, access to job listings, recruitment events and interview support.
- It is a voluntary service, and people can opt out of it anytime. To be eligible for the programme, residents must: be 16 years of age or older and live in OR be registered with a GP in one of the following boroughs: Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, or Islington.
