This session will help you understand the different legal structures so you can make an informed choice about which type is best for you.

What will the training cover: Using examples and templates this workshop will cover:-

  • Key differences between the different legal forms
  • Importance in choosing the right legal structure for your organisation
  • Implications – level of responsibility and liability
  • Meeting the requirements of the regulators
