Supporting Ukrainian Refugee families

VAI is delighted to announce that we have partnered with HealthProm to support Ukrainian Refugee families. Working together, we will be able to expand the frontline services which we provide to Ukrainian refugees in the Islington borough.

Currently, 284 Ukrainian refugees have settled in Islington through the Homes for Ukraine scheme, including 79 children. HealthProm provides translation services and personal support in education, housing, medical appointments, benefits, etc.

HealthProm also runs online and offline English classes, employment support, informational sessions, mental health support group, Youth Club and several sports activities for all ages.
