Office 365 – an amazing tool box of useful apps! Webinar

September 16 @ 14:00 - 15:30

UK registered charities can use Office 365 for free under the Microsoft donation programme – but are you one of the many organisations just using it for email and file storage?

Join us to gain a greater insight into how you could be maximising your Office 365 subscription. We will introduce you to the range of fantastic apps included, demoing some particularly useful ones for small local charities, including:

  • Sway
  • Forms
  • Planner
  • Teams
  • To Do

We will also look at optional extras e.g. email encryption – particularly relevant with the introduction of the new General Data Protection Regulation.

Follow up remote support will also be provided. There will be plenty of time to ask questions.

Please note that we are not covering email and file storage during this session.

Outcomes:

By the end of the session you’ll:

  • Have a good understanding of the range of Office 365 apps
  • Be able to identify apps that will be useful for your organisation
  • Be confident to set up and trial use of these apps

Is this training for me?

This course is aimed at anyone who represents a small charity or community group in London and wants to get more out of their Office 365 subscription.  It will be particularly useful for staff / trustees looking at smarter ways of working in their organisation.

Format: Group introductory training webinar

This session is an online live-format webinar. As with all of Superhighways’ online training, there will be some interactivity, which may include asking you to contribute in chat, take part in polls or join a short breakout session for a conversation with other participants.

Joining by video will give you the best possible experience – but isn’t essential throughout. We may ask you to introduce yourselves.

There will be a chance to ask questions.
