NEW YEAR, NEW YOU – Wellbeing Wednesdays

Based on the key principles of positive behaviour change, Wellbeing Wednesdays are FREE online support groups that help participants become more confident, motivated and resilient.

Facilitated by experienced life coach Ana Paula Nacif, Wellbeing Wednesdays are interactive standalone workshops that take place every Wednesday evening, 6.00pm-7.30pm. Each workshop focuses on a different theme but the aim of every session is to help participants improve their overall wellbeing and better manage day-to-day life.

  • Feel more empowered to make changes and take action
  • Reconnect with your inner strengths and resources

All Connect Well Wellbeing Wednesday workshops are 90 minutes long, take place over Zoom and are free to anyone living in London who is over 18 years old and part of the BAME, LGBT+ or HIV communities.

Places on each workshop are allocated on a first-come basis – with a maximum of 22 participants per group.

Ana Paula Nacif is an experienced wellbeing coach. Ana’s coaching style is insightful, challenging, intuitive, encouraging, direct and energetic. By creating an atmosphere of trust, she is able to challenge comfort zones and tap into the resourcefulness of her clients with clarity.
