May Central Local Wellbeing Networks Meeting

May 15 @ 10:00 - 12:30

The Local Wellbeing Networks is dedicated to supporting collaboration between the Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sectors and statutory organisations.

Through the Local Wellbeing Networks, we share best practices, data, and resources to help residents access holistic services such as health, employment, and advocacy.

By increasing collaboration, enhancing capacity, and targeting interventions, we aim to empower residents to overcome poverty, improve their skills and confidence, and build lasting community connections. Our focus is on creating sustainable solutions for those most in need, ensuring long term impact and resilience.

Together, we are building a resilient community
