This is a basic introduction covering some of the key areas of managing your finances. We will look at:

• Annual accounts – what you need to do and what they mean
• Keeping your records – basic requirements, tracking funds and systems you could use as well as reporting to the Trustee/funders
• Budgets and planning – how to budget for the year ahead and explore useful tools to support your planning
