POSTPONED – How to use Time to Spare

April 1 @ 10:00 - 12:00

Unfortunately this event has been postponed. New date to be confirmed.

We voluntary organisations are always being required by our funders to show the work we have done (outputs) and how effective it is (outcomes). In addition, we also need to keep records of who we’ve worked with. This can be laborious for us. If your charity uses paper systems, this can mean lots of work; or, if you decide to computerise, software can be difficult to understand, be expensive – or both.

Workshop Demo:

  • Capturing what you do
  • Reporting what you do
  • Recording who you work with –
  • For you and your funders!

This is where Time to Spare comes in.

It is intuitive and can:

  • work on multiple projects or activities
  • link these to a database of your users based in Time to Spare
  • record which users attend your project or activities
  • record their satisfaction or other outcomes
  • and much more besides!

And what’s more – Time to Spare – run by local lads Will and Tom – are offering it FREE to Islington based voluntary organisations! If that wasn’t enough, groups who attend our session will get a free 1 to 1 at a future date to discuss how Time to Spare can be tuned to your particular needs.

Spaces are limited, not more than two people per organisation. To attend book here
