These workshops help to reduce stress, anxiety and negative emotions, aiming to improve balance, boost the immune system and support the body and mind with an overall feeling of greater wellbeing. Suitable for all levels. Led by Maurizio on Zoom.

SLT’s Gentle Exercise class: Building Energy through Movement – Tuesday 10th & 24th August

A combination of Chinese movement designed to increase energy and resilience. Delivered by Peter from Healthy Generations on Zoom.

SLT’s Estorick Art Workshops – Wednesday 11th & 25th August

Winding Rivers (11th August) – Artist Olivier Debré created his paintings next to the River Seine as a source of psychic balance. In this workshop we’ll be exploring our relationships to rivers and water. Tracing the shapes and journey’s of rivers we know and reading watery themed poems to inspire our experiments with fluid drawing and painting.

Sensory Mark-Making (25th August) – Make your own basic paint and explore sensory mark making techniques using our hands and utensils to create exciting effects to photograph.

SLT welcomes back one of our famous Friday Evening presenters, Paul Baker. Discover stories of Dickens, Cromwell, Spike Milligan, and a host of other famous comedians who lived in Finchley. Delivered on Zoom.
